Community Yoga at Sumac Cafe returns November 9: Mondays, doors at 5 PM, flow 5:30–6:30 PM.

A little movement, a little stillness, a welcoming space. Join Monday night community yoga at Sumac Cafe. Doors open at 5 PM; yoga runs from 5:30–6:30 PM.
